I'm not having a very good day....

I work in an industry where being correct is paramount. Down the smallest detail, everything needs to be correct.

When I'm flaring, I tend to make errors with these small details, or I miss them all together. So, whenever I can during a flare, I try to put aside important projects and work on smaller things that don't require too much focus. But, I cannot always do this, because things become due, flare or no flare.

It has happened a couple of times now that I have made errors on small details that have caused BIG problems - a simple typo can cause huge problems, so you can imagine the focus it takes!! It is pretty awful when it happens, as it makes me look like I'm sloppy or that I rush through my work. Well, it happened again. I found out this morning that I made a type of error like this and I was spoken to in a very condescending way that I need to "be more careful" in the future, that this is "a prime example of why we need to always re-check our work".   This particular person has no idea that I have Fibro.

I guess I just needed to get this off my chest to others who experience Fibro-fog in all it's glory. Thanks for listening....
