Some people can handle the extreme heat of Arizona summers as long as it isn't humid. It really all depends on whether or not humidity is the only factor. I told my hubby that when we win the lottery, I want to have a house in Hawaii right on the beach. The weather there is always perfect. It's always in the 70's with almost no humidity. That is the kind of weather I need to have all year long.
I live in Indiana. They say that if you get tired of the weather in Indiana just wait five minutes. But that's really only true in the Spring. It's always bitterly cold here in the winter and hot and humid all summer. Unless you get some cooler summer days. I would love to be like my grandma and live in Florida for the late fall, winter, and early spring seasons. We went down there in Feb of 08, and it was wonderful. There was a blizzard up here and we were down there in the warm sunshine. We called and harassed a lot of people up here when we were down there. LOL. One day, cause this was when he was still small, my grandma watched our son, and the hubby and I spent the day at the beach. It was so nice, just the two of us, relaxing and playing on the beach and in the water. I loved it. Sorry...didn't mean to go off on a tangent. I didn't get much sleep last night, and none of it was really restful. I'm a little punch drunk this morning.
