 I feel so guilty that I cant do every thing I use to. And my husband says thing like I will do it after I get home from working 16 hour shifts. So I do in any way and then I pay for it for days. I dont know how to make him understand how bad I feel.

awww, hon, i know what you mean. but guilt is a luxury we fibromites cant afford. you dont have to make him understand how bad u feel, u just have to make him understand that you r NOT going to do certain things anymore...and then stick to it!!!

So hard to deal with that feeling of omg! I can't and the feeling of failure but beanley is right. Sometimes we all have to learn to say NO!! and really mean it. Saying no was my hardest lesson as a child and young adult. Now past the 30 mark i use it a heck of alot. i think some see me as rude because i don't even bother to offer an excuse why i said no, i just don't feel like it needs justification no is no. may whatever the reason maybe remember there should be no guilt for saying one of the first words we ever learned.
