I'm somewhat familiar with the gluten-free diet, but would you mind if I asked a few more questions?
Do you buy gluten-free bread, pancakes, etc. or do you just stick to more basic "meat and vegetables" meals? Sometimes it's hard to find gluten-free products locally, though there is a food co-op near here which has some flours, etc. Also, do you combine this diet with no sugar?
Just wondering what you would typically eat. I did notice that some of the "regular" cereals in the cereal aisle are now advertised as "gluten free."
