My doctor recommended the book "Foods That Fight Pain" By Dr. Neal B----can't make out last name. He said one of his fibro patients said it helped her. Has anyone read this book?

Thanks. I'm so skeptical of some things, but I might try to get this book at the library, just to see what it is about.
