Well, helloooo stranger! I haven't seen you in quite a while. I'm sorry you have had such a rough time. The fall sure could have made your sore muscles more sore. I know that if I just overdo, I'll have more muscle pain. But, falling can really make you sore. I guess you already found that out.
Like Chutz and you, I'm diabetic too. I don't like those glucose tablets so I carry M&M's with me! That's the sweet way to raise my blood sugar! Hee hee. I also carry sour dough pretzel nuggets. Each nugget is 1 1/2 carbs so you can regulate how much you are getting and they, too, taste good and don't get smashed in your purse. As Chutz said, you should always carry something with you to offset low blood sugar episodes. I'm glad that you only fell. It could have been worse.
