Hang in there. I've decided to take a more natural approach for my conditions including Fibro. I have eliminated all foods that my body is sensitive to and yes, I have had considerable improvement in my Fibro pain and symptoms. Overall I feel so much better and even lost weight because I am eating all natural food. It's amazing because I can tell when I have eaten something that my body is sensitive to within hours after eating that particular food ( I tested it a few times). I get headaches and my muscles and joints get very achey. The key is that you need to find out what foods YOUR body is sensitive to as every person is different. This is done through a blood test. Once you find out, you have to stick to your individual plan. It takes time and dedication and may be a little difficult in the beginning but I felt so bad that I was willing to try anything to get some relief. I felt improvement in about 2 to 3 weeks but it differs for each individual. It wasn't all of a sudden or anything and I am not claiming a miracle cure to fibro but I can honestly say it is the best thing that I have done and I am soooo glad that it really worked for me.
