at 45, to relieve stress and help with my blood sugar levels, I started jogging. I started slow with a lot of stops to walk, but now I can do 20 minutes with almost no walking. I can only make time for it about
twice a week. I also try to keep up with doing some light dumbbells a couple of times a week.
I walk everyday. I love walking it keeps me connected with nature and it is very calming. And my dog is happy to get out there daily.
