Does FM cause nausea?

I have been in a lot of pain...ribs,chest mainly. I have been very sick to my stomach. I wonder do any of you ever have nausea with pain?

Sheila, I have had nausea with fibro pain and dizziness...labor pain...gallbladder...migraine.

Give your doctor a call and get it checked out to be safe. Hope you feel better soon!

Have you started any new meds?

I get nausea with pain also, especially migraines. I take promethazine as needed and it works wonderful.

Promethazine - I second that one to. Yes new meds can make you nauseated as well. That's why I have a permanant supply of it on hand.

I get sick with the pain too not just migraines but fibro pain as well, the general pain in my back and legs. The pain ges so bad it makes me cry or sick in my stomach.

I too have alot of chest and rib pain (costochondritis). I have on occasion gotten nauseated due to pain. No fun. Hope you are feeling better.

I'm going to see my dr. Friday. The pain is bad, nausea is bad and now my heart is fluttering and skipping beats. I don't think there is anything wrong with my heart ( this has happened before ) but it is scary. I am hoping to get some medicine to help with the nausea.
