You know the pain is bad when....

you know the pain is bad when your son has to help you walk back and forth trying to get rid of the leg cramps in both legs in the middle of the night.

you know the pain is bad when you cant even sit in a chair and chat with online friends.

You know the pain is bad when it makes you call out an ambulance at 3am thinking it must be your heart and not pain from fibro.

Done this at least six times until cardiologist told me pain is fibro related.
