I had no luck with Darvon at all. It made me feel awful and I was taking it more often than I take Tramadol. I would have to get up during the night to take one because I was in so much pain. I can sleep through the night with Tramadol and only take like 3 a day. I have no clue why the Darvon did that. Maybe I reacted to something in it because when I came down from it, my pain felt so much worse. I called my doctor and he said that I can go ahead and take Tramadol with Cymbalta...that I am not on enough to cause serotnin syndrome. He said that he is not saying that it can't happen but that it is rare. I guess I will look up the symptoms again and just be aware of my body. I did take Tramdol with Savella and had no problems with it. I made sure to take the Savella hours after I took the Tramadol and I will do the same with the Cymbalta. I am still pretty scared but I have to do something. This muscle pain is horrible. Fibro is what's keeping me in bed. I can tell the difference now between Fibro and RA. With RA, I am stiff when I first get up, but once I move around, I am okay. With Fibro, I can barely walk most of the time. I still don't understand why I have it so much worse than others but I guess I just have to deal with what I've been given.
