Hi everyone! Sorry I have been gone for so long. I have been without internet for a long time. But I have internet now. So I'm back. I've been having issue recently. It's really hard for me to talk about. My husband is in school now. I have a lot more responsibilities at home now. And it seems that whenever Bobby isn't in school, his mom is finding reasons to get him away from home and keep him away for hours at a time. All this stress is causing me a lot of pain, which is causing me to take more than four of my pain pills a day. It seems like nothing a do takes the pain away. Nothing takes the stress away. Bobby's mom keeps conning Bobby into taking his brother to work almost everyday if he isn't at school. I told her that he wouldn't be able to take him to work tomorrow and she got all upset like it was his duty to do everything she wants him to do whenever she wants him to do it. We've been telling her for the past two weeks that we were going to Indianapolis tomorrow because my grandma had surgery today. I don't know what her issue is, but it is really getting annoying and stressing me out.

Hi, Sassy, and welcome back. Well, I think Bobby needs to speak up if he doesn't want to do these things. If you get in the middle, there will be a lot more problems than what you are dealing with now.

My MIL lived 7 blocks from us. I loved her dearly but she was calling my husband to come over to change light bulbs! He would complain to me about it so I told him I was the wrong person to be complaining to. He needed to tell his mother that this was coming to an end. I stayed out of it. He told her and that was that. Everyone was a good terms and I wasn't blamed for anything.

So, Bobby needs to talk to her. Maybe he wants to take his brother, too. That could be happening but I wouldn't get so worked up over that.

I have to agree with Sherrine on this one sassy, you need to let Bobby handle his mom. My mother-in-law and I didnt get along at first, but I let Charles handle things with her and we accepted each other over time. I know it is hard for you to not have him home if he is always there but he needs to be the one to tell her that he wants time with you too. Im sorry I haven't got an easier solution for you and I will be praying that things work out for you.
