Haven't been this bad in awhile

Today my Fibro is being very difficult! I have not had a really bad day like this in awhile! It started at 2:00 Am huge backache, nothing helped it, finally had to get up it hurt so bad, and my whole body today just feels so weak! And shaky! Ughh I really hate this I just need to push my self to get through it. My arms feel so heavy, and my legs and elbows ache awfully bad, and my legs are just refusing to go up and down the stairs, ughh I hope that this ends soon! It is really hard to get anything sone when I am like this, and trying to care for my 18 month old and 5 year old! Sorry just needed to talk I guess or vent!

Sometimes venting is exactly what we need to help us "push through". I understand completely the feeling that you are describing. I'm sending you a gentle hug along with a cyberclub to help you CRUSH the fibro and come out a winner!

We may not be able to beat this down today or tomorrow, but in the end we ARE going to win this battle.

Kat, somedays we need a good cry, it feels good to get it all out, let yourself
cry and then feel better. Somedays are overwhelming and it is natural to feel
sad, we hurt, we're frustrated and tired...but we are also strong because we
live daily with chronic pain.

Pamper yourself with a long soak in the tub...do something nice just for you...
this bad day will pass and you will feel better again.

Thank you everyone, still hurting but praying that i feel better tommorow, everything hurts! wrists,elbows,knees,legs,fingers,back the longer the day goes on the more that I ache, just got the kiddos in bed and I think that i am going to relax. Thank you!

Hi Kat,

 

I'm really sorry to hear you are hurting so much right now. I hope the kiddies stay asleep and you can relax and hit the bed yourself??? Hope and Pray that tomorrow is a better day for you. None of us deserve the brutal constant pain that our fibro deals to us. My favorite word for it...I just say its YUCKITY!!!

On those days I put Sponge Bob on for the grandkids. Keeps them occupied and quiet for the most part. Hope tomorrow is better for you
