just finished some relaxation therapy and I feel good!
I'm so happy that I have found something that helps me on a daily basis.
My hopes are that you will be willing to try a form of relaxation therapy to help you too. I've been doing deep breathing, meditation and mental imagery for about 2 years now.
Relaxation is easier said than done. It does take practice. There are many websites out there...explore and personalize...see what works for you.
