Does anyone know anything about what is the process when they award you the letter of soc sec disability approval and it states that they will review within 3, 7, or so years?  Has anyone on this forum been on disability for a while and up for review?  Just curious as I get different information on this.  Per the lawyer, they only want to make sure you are still seeing your docs and continue medical attention but I wanted to know your input as well or experience. Thanks.

I havent been on disability for three years yet so I cant answer this one either sorry simplistic.

I am on SSDI, and get reviewed every 3 years. They send a very simple form that asks a few questions, and so far I have been reapproved twice. I get really nervous each time, and am getting reviewed again this year.

What state are you in? Thank you so much for responding. I was a bit nervous when I read this too. What were you put on disability for? FM? Any input I greatly appreciate it. I don't blame you for getting nervous each time there is a review, but I heard that they are not like the disability (work related) insurance which tries to cut you off. They just have to review. How long have you been on disability? I heard the age also could be the reason for the continual review. At what age did you get your disability approved? I am 44 yrs. old. Thank you for your time and support.
