Be nice to yourself!

Do something for yourself today! Recharge your batteries! Be nice to you, because you deserve it.

It doesn't have to be big. It doesn't have to be expensive. Heck, it doesn't even have to cost any money. what it does have to do is put you first.

Thanks for sharing that wise bit of advice. I'm afraid I"m guilty of not doing that and it's cost me a lot of pain. I know you're right but following through is hard, especially for moms who are always strapped for cash.

Since I'm reading this late at night I think I'll try to take your advice tomorrow. And I will also TRY to remember to report on my success, or lack thereof...lol
