I am new here and am grateful to read everyones of what works for ttj
hem. I have been in a flare up for the past three days, sleep meds and heating pads aren't working. The water therapy helps for a few hours and now ol have the numb hands. I am wondering has anyone used 5 h ttp..I am on luxipro, nortryptiline, melatonin, vitaminsm galore, tylenol like candy and now ambium.

This might be a dumb question but what is water therapy?

I started with water gym, aerobics classes, and now found a water class for fibromyalgia patients (pool is 96 degrees) . I try to go every day. Lots of stretches and strengthening.
