Welcome to the forum Susan! You are now part of the fibro family :) The members here are great. We are here for one another.

Please take the time to read fibro 101, on the top of the page. Sherrine has compiled lots of good information for us.

I'm so sorry that you are having a bad day, hopefully you will feel better soon. Sometimes a long soak in the tub helps me relax and the heat feels so good. Heat is a fibromites friend. I use the moist heat heating pads often.

You probablly know alot about fibro, having it for over 25 years. I think we all find what works for us. We all don't tolerate the same meds.

The motto here seems to be one day at a time...that helps me. Doing what you can do to relax, and relieve stress is also helpful. I'm a walker and I think exercise is so good for us.

I'm so glad you have joined us. You will find people here who really do care. I hope you feel better soon. Keep posting :)

Hi, Susan, and welcome!  I'm so glad you found us and joined the family.  We have wonderful members that love to help one another and, as a bonus, really do care about each other, too.  I think you will like it here.

 

Be sure to check out Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum.  There are links to good information about fibro and you will learn a lot there.  I've had fibro for 24 years and am still learning new things!
