I've been away for a while, i did post a few times updating you all about
my unexpected pregnancy. Well my baby girl is here and she is absolutely amazing. My whole world shifted the first time i held her, she instantly became my whole life, i can't believe i ever existed without her. She came early, 3 weeks early, and it was very traumatic. I had pre eclampsia and was in the hospital being monitored and her heart rate dropped into the 40's and she was in distress. They did an emergency c-section, it was super fast i was in the the OR at 7:30 and she was born at 7:45. She had her cord around her neck and was basically choking herself with it. She ended up in the NICU for a couple hours and she did great so they brought her to my room about
10 minutes after i got there from recovery.
I've had alot of trouble since with my blood pressure but we're finally getting it under control. My baby girl is amazing, sleeps great, eats great, and isn't a fusser unless she's hungry or wet. It's awesome, i'm spoiled with my first baby being so awesome.
This week has been rough though, i got a great reprieve from most of my fibro symptoms while pregnant and suddenly this week they came back with a vengeance. Lots of pain and lots of fatigue. And to add to my misery my joints have suddenly started to hurt bad, so i'm going to be asking about
a new rheumatologist cause i hated the last one.
Well i need to go to bed, baby is asleep and my allergies are horrid right now. Just wanted to update you all and i'm probably going to be around a bit more again.
Here's a picture of my baby girl. Her name is Sophie and as of today (Thursday) she is 6 weeks old.
