My daughter had three boys while fighting with fibro and bipolar. she had to change some of her meds but, over all, she did very well. She was considered high risk but it had nothing to do with the fibro. All her babie were born early but only the first two spent any time in the nicu. Today they are healthy, active, wonderful little boys.
The one medication she was on that a lot of fibromites take was Tramadol. you cannot take that while pregnant. Please, if you are taking that, wean off it very slowly - it has horrible withdrawel effects.
As far as how she felt - she had morning sickness, constant pee trips, lower back aches and swollen ankles, but that is normal for almost all women.
I think you should go for it. If you really want a baby, the rewards will be greater than the chance of having a difficult pregnancy.
