Each day we are faced with challenges. Dealing with pain and fatigue puts an added stress on us. Our mindset will definately affect how we go about
getting things done or if we will at all...somedays it does take more work to be optomistic.
One of my challenges is exercising. Sometimes when I'm tired and achy, the last thing I want to do is go out and walk 1-3 miles. I make myself do it because I know I feel worse if I don't. I always feel better after and am glad I did it. Walking for me is helpful and it feels like an accomplishment!
