Be sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist before trying anything. This will be absorbed by your skin and herbs can interact with your other medications...especially St. John's Wort. So please be careful.

Victor, hi and welcome to the fibro forum. I'm glad you found us and joined in. Your recipe sounds interesting but I know I'd be plastered with peanut butter all over my body and couldn't sit on my furniture! But, if someone is having an especially painful bout with their wrist, shoulder, etc., and if they have checked with their doctor, then perhaps they will want to try this.
