Hi, Oh Dear! Well, I try to stick with fresh fruits, a little fresh meats and lots vegetables. I will have eggs in the morning and I don't eat cereals. I'm also diabetic so this plays into what I eat, too. I don't eat a lot of carbs but I do eat some. American diets are generally heavy with carbohydrates. I like using fresh vegetables and cooking my meals from fresh ingredients so I'm not getting a bunch of additives that I can't pronounce let alone know what they are! I rarely have sandwiches or sandwich meats because of this, too.
If I do eat more carbs or sugary things I do not feels well at all. I also have far more fatigue. As I said, I'm diabetic to part of this could be because of high blood sugars. Carbs and sugars raise blood sugars in people that don't have diabetes, too.
Nevertheless, this is a health way of eating. Start reading labels on products. You will be amazed what is in them!
Also, walking and other gentle exercises helps me a lot with pain and fatigue. I do this daily. Lots of times I don't feel like it but I always feel better by the time I get home and I have more energy, too. So give this a try, too.
I hope you find what helps you soon.
Sherrine
