It's been a while

Since I was here. I've been doing fairly well with coping with this dear illness through winter and spring, but summer is always my worst flare ups.  Anyway, went to see the doc a few days ago for the usual, hurting all over can't sleep, can't get comfortable, he put me on clonazepam and mirapex for sleep and restless legs and told me this combo will put my fibro in remission.  But, umm, I still hurt everywhere. Sleeping better, but pain all day.  His nurse practitioner wanted to start me on lyrica but he said no, just take the 2 meds at night and give it a few weeks.  It's only been 3 days but should  I call anyway? The constant nagging pain is wearing me down.

Give it a little longer, three days isn't long enough to see a difference with meds that need time to get into your system. But adding a pain med is a good idea if you're not already.
