Just need some reference- are codeine and codeine phosphate the same? are percocet and vicodin the same?

not sure about the codeine and codeine phosphate, but percocet and vicodin are not. vicodin is hydrocodone. percocet is oxycodone with apap (tylonol)...percocet is more effective than vicodin
