Hi Minny~
And welcome back. I'm sorry that you are so miserable but I do understand your thinking. There have been times I've felt very similar when one problem after another occurs. It's almost more than we can bear. But for me I've learned to take one problem at a time and push the rest aside otherwise I'm so overwhelmed that nothing gets accomplished and I collapse.
One problem I'll share with you is the one of incontinence. I had a fairly quick onset of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). It's what my urogynecologist calls the "Sneeze and Pee Disease". That sure got me to laughing. For a couple of years it had been just an annoyance but about
5-6 months ago something changed and I had times when I just lost control. I immediately told my PCP and headed for the pharmacy where I found pads designed for the problem. No, they are not Depends, they are like menstrual pads only better. My doc referred me to a wonderful female doctor at a local woman's clinic and it's the best referral I've ever had. about
6 weeks ago I had the corrective surgery. It's day surgery, the procedure lasts about
20-30 minutes and I had immediate results. I've not had one incident since the surgery, no pads, no leaks, I have control and it was so easy to get taken care of. Below is a link to the type of procedure I had done.
If this is similar to your problem I encourage you to get a referral, if you need one, or get in to see someone who deals with the problem. Below is a link to the procedure I had done. It's new, simple and effective. Some people need something mild for pain or just Tylenol, others have very little pain at all.
I hope I've given you something helpful to think about
. Please feel free to email me if you want to talk more.
