Just out of curiosity...is anyone on here going to the conference for fms in ottawa in september? sounds like it might be interesting.

I would love to.  I can't tho because I'm starting a new job this month.  That is if HR and Administration get their acts together. 

Are you going?  If so please share what you learn.

yep I'm going, patients could go for 1 day, the other days are for doctors, I'm looking forward to hopefully learning what is new in research and how to properly cope with the fibro day to day, I'll fill you in with what I learn :)

Do you have any links or more info about this? I could really use an excuse to head that way for a weekend (and my mom lives in Kingston and I need to visit her)

I just signed up for the 1 day conference! My mum is coming from out of town to watch my youngest, so I'm pretty excited about going. Would love to go to all 4 days, but that would be waaaaayyyyy to physically difficult.

Hey that's great !  I'm really looking forward to it, I paid for the one day as well.  All of the info will be very up to date, and it'll be interesting to see us all hobbling around and getting up out of our chairs like the tin man !!  lol
