Diane, I'm thrilled that you are doing so well with your knee replacement. It just takes awhile but it's worth doing if it can keep you mobile. No one wants to go through something like...your body included! But now you can do stairs and other things you wouldn't have or couldn't have attempted. Good news all around!
You're coming to Tampa? I think you will love it here. I know I do. Right now it is wonderful. The heat and humidity have left and won't be back until next June. It is great to escape the cold. Winter nights can be in the 30's and 40's but the daytime temperatures are in the upper 60's to low 70's most generally. Perfect for me!
I thought I'd miss snow since I spent my whole life up north, but I don't! All I do is turn on the Weather Channel and see the storms and tie-ups on the highways and thank God I'm in Florida! 
Yes, I'll see you when you get here. Good luck on selling your home. That will be the hard part, most likely.
