Thanks for posting that. Those are great tips. I asked my doc what I could do without going on meds. He said- quit caffeine, take a multi with iron. I did that and within two days the RLS went away (or as I call it the squirly legs)
Recenlty I accidently bought a multi vit without iron in it and got the RLS back within a couple of weeks. i bought iron to go with it and the RLS went away pretty quick after taking the iron.
I also get it worse when I am exhausted.
