Use any sort of support I.e. Wrist support I work full time and I am really uncomfortable I have to sit at my desk for the generation of the day and Tap on a keyboard I wonder if it would make like more comfortable if I used some kind of wrist support.

I cannot seem to get any support from work as to them I look find, does anyone also find that they loose a fee strands of hair throughout the day,

I am surprised that I am not bold

I have tried several wrist braces, and the one that I've found that I really like is made by a company called Wellgate. It is the Wellgate Women's Slimfit Wrist Support, and I got it at Walmart, but I think you can find it at other stores, too.

There are also keyboards and mouse pads that come with elevated strips that you can rest your wrists on when you use them.

I think I have that same wrist brace. I love it. I use it when I feel my wrists starting to sore up. I also purchased for work: a stapler that is easy to staple, wrist support for my key board and a mouse with a gel wrist support. I also brought in a pillow to sit on. And I have my microwavable neck heating pad. These all help as well as some breaks and some stretching.

I've heard a good chiropractor can help wrist issues.
