I was checking out the website www.losethebackpain.com and I received their free book.  They have developed an all-natural supplement product using enzymes and I was wondering if anyone has used their product.  I am thinking about ordering it for my fibro and back pain.

I did some reading on their site and on consumer alert sites. I sure do hope you get some relief from the product. I would be cautious of a company that claims in their major advertising line... "Cure Back Pain in 7 Days".

Also, these folks have become famous for sending you free stuff that ends up costing you a fortune. And if you order a 'free sample' there is fine print on other obscure pages that says if you don't cancel after your free product they will charge your bank account monthly at just short of $60/month. Just be cautious...OK?

If it works please let us know. I've tried a lot of things that say they help but they haven't. Including cymbalts, savalla and lyrica. I know they work on a lot of people but they didn't for me. I'm up for trying anything as long as it can't hurt me.

Hope you get some relief.

certain enzymes like Bromelain from pinnapple are very effective anti-inflammatories with no drug interaction risks or adverse effects to speak of. there is a product called InflammzForte by Garden of Life i think. New Chapter has a herbal anti-inflammatory compound that did make a difference with me called Zyflammed and ZyflammedPM

coenzymes are very important for us in chronic pain because of free-radical rusting. Coenzyme Q-10 or even better the form Ubiquinol which is more orally bioavailable. Resveratrol has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Omega-3 from fish oil, flaxseed oil, or chia seed oil is a potent anti-inflammatory. the herbs; Boswellia and Ginger are also very good.
