I went rock climbing yesterday! I feel like I'm gonna die but it felt great to kinda tell my body to take a hike so I could have fun...and it was a lot of fun. :)

How exciting is that. I am just getting a peace about a long trip we are taking this week. I was so nervous at first, but I feel excited now. I haven't been to the lower 48 in 3 years. My health has held me back all these years. Sunshine and warmth here I come. Thanks for sharing, it gives me hope that I can do this long trip.

WOW! I'm really proud of you! We do have to shove fibro aside sometimes and go for it! You had a great time and have wonderful memories so it makes a day or two of extra pain worth it. Congratulations! I can feel like I've been rock climbing just sitting in my chair!
