Has anyone with fibromyalgia tried the Neuropathy Support Formula? It's mainly for peripheral neuropathy. But on some of the forums about
it a few people have said that it also helps fibromyalgia. I have a friend with that, and I was hoping to get some information for her.

Hi Susana1027,
I am not familiar with the Neuropathy Support Formula. But thanks for posting about
it. I hope that you can find some support for your friend. We have a thread called "fibro101". It is the second thread on the forum. It is a sticky so it is always there. I think it would benefit you to read that and get some information for your friend. Do keep posting.

I googled Neuropathy Support Formula and I am seriously considering it instead of starting on the lyrica my dr prescribled. Especially the R alpha lipoic acid that is in the formula may be very helpful. Let me know if you try it too. Thanks.

As I said in my first post I don't have fibromyalgia, I have peripheral neuropathy. I have ordered the support formula, and I ordered the extra separate bottle of r alpha lipoic acid too. I figure that extra rla may get the formula working faster. I'll let you know how it works out. I haven't told my friend about
the formula, I wanted to see if it help my neuropathy plus I wanted to see if any who have fibromyalgia had tried it. According to what I've read, it could take a week to four months to work. So I plan to give it at least six months. The information on their site says that some have to continue taking it, some can take less, and some can stop taking it. So the results vary a lot from person to person. I don't really know what it's like to live with fibromyalgia, but I know that my friend says that when she gets up in the morning she has a pretty good idea how her day is going to be. And often, it's not a good one. She's going to a naturalist doctor and has received a lot of improvement from his treatment. I don't know exactly what treatment she's received from him. But you know, with chronic painful diseases like we have, any improvement is wonderful! But I will let you know how that formula works for me.
