How about using a rubber hammer to knock yourself out????
I have myself on a sleep schedule. I go to bed and get up the same times every day. Because of this, I usually fall asleep right away and don't need to even set an alarm because I wake up a few minutes before it's going to go off. I don't take naps and I don't lay down during the day, either. So, when I do lay down, my body knows it's time to rest.
