If I'm upset, I get nauseous easily. Actually, I've had some pretty weird things happen when I'm upset. That's why I learned how to recognize anxiety and now can kick it to the curb.
Once you get a diagnosis, you will be much better. Just not knowing what is going on is frightening...and that's anxiety. Try not to think about how you are feeling. Just keep on keeping on.
