Multiple Chemical Sensitivity/Allergies

Hi Everyone,

I have a question for those of you with multiple chemical sensitivity like myself and allergies. My boyfriend lives a few blocks from farm fields and I always wondered how much the chemicals that are sprayed on the fields affect my MCS and allergies. I seem to be doing okay but I'm in the house most of the time when I'm here.

Tomorrow my b/f wants to go to an open house. The house is surrounded on three sides with corn fields. He loves the property. Do you think being closer to farm fields might affect me more if he decides to purchase this house?

On the one side the cornfield is about 25 ft. from the house, in the back it's 50 ft. from the house and on the other side approximately 50 feet.

I tried explaining this to my b/f and he asked what the difference was. The fields a few blocks from the house he lives in now get sprayed he told me.

Ah, men.... I spoke with him last night and I don't think he would move anywhere without my agreeing that I love it too. Maybe, very small chance, if we both love the house we'll learn chemicals are not used on these fields.

Sad, I always imagined, wondered what it would be like to live in the country surrounded by farms and nature. Now days, unfortunately, we have to be so careful about doing that.
