Thanks, girls, for your advice.
I do take a bath every night. It feels wonderfully relaxing but it doesn't help with my overactive brain activity. Maybe I have post traumatic stress. There's a good possibility of that.
I'd like you girls to imagine something for me. Imagine someone is choking you and you can't breathe. I think you would understand the discomfort of needing to breathe and wanting to help the situation. I'm sort of glad my mind gets active trying to figure out what's going on. Because of that I thought of the leather chair, closed the door, and helped the problem. This morning I
opened the door, after 20 minutes that headache started coming back. I closed the door again, 15 minutes later the headache went away.
Sherrine, thanks for the info on costochondritis. I don't believe I have that because I don't get pain in my chest. It just gets tight like an asthma attack.
