It is so easy to feel emotionally down when you are already feeling bad. When something happens that has no connection to your health, your body can respond and then feel worse.
This is why positive thinking is so important, and trying to see that not everything is connected to our health. Just because two things happen within the same period of time does NOT imply causality, or even a connection.
I need to keep reminding myself of that.
