Feeling extra bad- weather changes?

I'm just covered with painful areas this week! Going to see my doc tonight and am hoping we can come up with something more helpful. I have to work 4 days a week and often am busy the5th day. In Maine and our weather is so bizzare lately- anyone else worse off from the weather fluxuation?

I can feel your pain. I am in the south where we are having front after front come through. I am in a flare that at this point has no end.

The cold makes it almost impossible for me to even get out of bed in the morning, and when i do its a headache to try and do anything.

This has baffled me for over 25 years. The extreme changes in the weather make me feel horrible. I live in ME(Kittery) as well, and mostly during the transitional seasons, spring and fall, when the weather can differ greatly from day to day that I feel my worst. Upper back pain to shoulders to headache and an overall severe groggy feeling. Any natural meds for this?

Mustelid- I was wondering if you tried a sad light? You were describing some symptoms with season change. I live in Alaska on a iceburg. Lol I love my light. I have already got it in full use. We had our first snow already. It would help with the groggy feeling and more. You can even set it on a timer as if the sun was rising in your room. Lol

AK Angel- Living in Alaska, you must be in front of your sad light 24/7. lol I do use a light in the winter time, but I never thought to use it during the spring and fall. I'll try it. Groggy probably doesn't quite describe how I feel, my bad. I feel horrible, like a fever or something. Thank you for your post, Dan

Mustelid- my Dr's recomemend the light during the season change.

Thanx again Angel, I tried the light this morning. I started feeling better tonight already, especially compared to last night. Do you get the depressive symptoms during "the change of seasons" as well?
