Just stopped by the Vitamin Shoppe to pick up some vitamins to help with my aches and pains and daily fatigue. As I mentioned in my earlier posts, I am very sensitive to medications .As I mentioned mentioned in my earlier posts, I am very sensitive to merdications. I have been put on Cymbalta, Paxil, Savella, Tramadol, Flexeril...only leading to bad side affects. I have a lot of stomach issues, as well. And all these meds were only causing me stomach issues. So for me, I am trying and hoping to find some relief from vitamins. I am sensitive to dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten. All these vitamins contain none of these ingredients. So, I'm hoping for some positive results...fingers crossed! Okay, so for pain... I have purchased Curcumin 500 mg and D-Ribose 100 grams powder... because i have read in earlier posts that it can help with fibro pain. Do you think I should start with one only or would taking both on a daily basis be okay, as they are both used to treat pain. Has anyone benefited from any of these, or tried both.. and found one is more helpful in easing pain? I also purchased Lemon Balm 400 mg for my anxiety. Has anyone ever tried this, and has it helped? The third thing i purchased was Vitamin D3 400 iu...not sure how that helps with fibro, but my doctor recommended it. Anyone use this, and how is it helpful to u was it with fibro symptoms? And I promise, this is the last vitamin...lol
......I also purchased Omega 3 Fish oil 1000 mg. Any input, advice, personal feedback on trying these...would be so greatly appreciated!!!!
