Anyway, you said partner moving. Do you mean moving to where you are, or away?

Hopefully, you'll get the chance to lie down or at least sit and slouch against a wall or something, just so you can shut your eyes for a few minutes. (One advantage to old buildings is their tendency to have lots of nooks and crannies to hide in.)

I hope you get through this day better than you imagined. Sure sounds like you have a lot on your plate, indeed!

Thanks, yaw'l. I am trying to remember one day at a time. Lots ofsleep and water, eat properly. Cauliflower and chicken bbq for dinner.

Partner is just moving to a better place up where he works. I just tend to be the 'planner' in the relationship, so am trying to help three plus hours away.

Registration started tosay, so had to deal with freshmen looking for classes. And no, I won't oversubscribe you to a class that's closed.

I got an hour of quiet time before rehearsal, but am stiff and sore from sitting up all this time. At least a thunderstorm broke over southside VA, and the air has cooled off, momentarily. Rehearsal bummed me out, because everyone was unfocused. I know I should have yelled at them, but couldn't quite muster up the energy. Luckily, they tend to respond to the 'look'.

Tomorrow i can sleep until I wake up. I have plenty of stuff to do, but at least I can do it on my schedule. I can always grade in bed.
