I've been like that on and off for years and years. I've had RA for 51 years now. I have fibro, RA, scoliosis,
sciatica, heart issues, both knees sliced up, lots of lipoma tumors, degenerative arthritis and bone spurs on
spine, spinal stenosis, and now I've been diagnosed with lupus. I've been limping for a while now and finally
got in to a spine place as it was driving me nuts. They gave me a script
for physical therapy so on that note I
went to my guru here in my hometown and lo and behold, I have a disc out of place. I'm doing special push
ups and backing it up with beta-alanine and super cissus rx and now have no knee pain (thank you God) and
for the last 4 days have walked the track nearby to the tune of 3/4 mile a day. That's even after my 8 hour
day in the dishroom. I had fallen 5 years ago and most of my later issues came from that fall. I can't get over
how darn good I feel. I still wake up in the middle of the night with muscle spasms but I'm working on that now
with some new herbs. I just took off 20" of hair so the neck doesn't bother me as much. As long as you can
keep laughing it helps to keep you going.
Thankfully, the only dr drugs I take are hydrocordone
and skelaxin!
