Hi, FibroMyOucha, and welcome! I'm so glad you found us and joined the family. No, I've never heard of fibro clearing up and going away but it does wax and wane. You've discovered that already. You can have a pretty good day and then have the bottom drop out! I've dealt with this for decades and still can't figure it out. I just use things that help keep the pain under control. No, I don't work outside of the home. That has to be really rough.
I am having more difficulty walking but was recently diagnosed with something else besides fibro by my rheumy. It's dealing with my spine, too. It sounds like you might have something else going on, too. You already mentioned arthritis so perhaps you are getting more arthritis in your spine. I'm just guessing here but I would suggest you see a rheumy and tell them what you are telling us. They probably can help you get back in control of the pain. I'm in that process right now and am feeling better. So give that a try.
Be sure to read Fibro 101...the second thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you will learn a lot there.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. Hope to hear more from you soon.
