I use ibuprofen with food, extra strength Tylenol, malic acid/magnesium supplements, vitamin D supplements, and an alternative product called Curamin. I do daily stretching exercises, a daily gentle exercise (walking, swimming, yoga), get gentle massages once a month and, above all, pace myself when doing things. This combination has worked for me and some of it might work for you, too.
There is info on Fibro 101 about the malic acid/magnesium supplements and the vitamin D supplements and how they work in your body. Some gentle stretching exercises are on there too. You can add to those. I do.
