Has anyone tried Vitamin E...an antioxidant for fibromyalgia. I have been taking 400 ius, and it seems to help a lot with the pain. If you are taking it...is it saf eto take on a daily basis? And has it benefited any of you with your fibro symptoms?

I take E every day. I haver never noticed if it makes a difference because I have been taking it forever. I do notice that omega fish oil and magnesium help me feel better. I am glad to hear that it has been helping you!

For me magnesium helps muscle spasms, fish oil helps arthritis pain and I just added bromelein to my supplements and so far it seems to be helping with all over pain.
