This is a miracle I am terrified to believe in, quite frankly.
I have been pain free for three days now.
Since the third day after I started Savella.
It's been so long that I have completely forgotten what this feels like.
When I say 'pain free' I mean that the pain is no longer the entire focus of my being.
It's still there a tiny bit but it's kind of like white noise in the background.
It doesn't take me four minutes to put on my underwear.
It doesn't take me gearing up a huge effort to step over the tub and into the shower.
I am able to bend over and put my shoes on.
I shaved my legs!!!! lol
I can sit in one position for several hours and instead of being wracked with pain for the first 30 minutes after I move again it only takes a moment or so.
I simply cannot believe this.
Like night and day for me.
Of course, there are side effect and I am hoping with a couple of more weeks this will go away.
I have horrible head tingling and a bit of mood swings.
My biggest fear right now is that my body will become used to this drug and it will start to counteract it's effects on the fibromyalgia.
I just wanted to share.
I am still taking Celebrex for my arthritis aches and pains but I feel SIGNIFICANTLY changed in this last week.
It's a miracle!
