So, me wanting to be more active, I signed up for spinning. Low impact, and hoping to shed some pounds.
I thought for SURE I would be in lotsa pain after. Well, honestly, I wasnt!! I loved it!!! Seriously, it was amazing!!!
Im a little sore, but thats what Ive chocked up to "every day pain", and nothing more. If anything, I feel a bit more "loose" for lack of better words.
Anyway, I just thought Id share that with everyone, I know, obviously, not everyone can go out and do something like that. But I couldnt believe how being more active could actually help with the pain.
I must say tho, I was pretty tired after. But it was in the evening and I came home, wound down and crashed. Had a pretty good sleep too!!
Im excited that I might have found something,to help!!! Hope everyone is having a day with the least amount of pain!!
