Rough day vent!

Just having one of those days! Everything is an issue and irritates me even though it shouldn't. The kids normal noises are aching me all the way to my bones and I don't know how else to describe it. I am really having to be careful not to snap at everyone! I had so many good days the last few days that today has shift me extra hard. Can barely get around with ALL meds. I cannot find anything or anywhere a relaxing gather my thoughts spot. Every time I try to have a conversation with my family I lose my train of thought, I can get the correct words out! It is definitely an "I hate fibro" day for me.....

Just had to vent, my family tries to help and understand but I know venting here will get more true understanding :-)

Yep! We get it. Sounds like one of those days when you're a stranger to yourself.

Dustinshunny- Don't feel bad about needing to vent. It's a healthy thing. Lol We all have been frustrated and about to loose our marbles at one time or another. I have those fibro fog moments where I can't get my words out. It 's usually names of somebody I really know. I hate when I am in a conversation and forget where I am going with it. It sometimes scares me because I wonder in 10 years will I remember my own name. Lol I am so glad my kids are grown. I still have one in the house going to college. Guess what the kid thing really never ends. I still am trying to teach my kids about life skills and I still get anxiety from them. Lol It's probably just the personality I have. Hope things go better for you. It's just one of those days!!

Yes achy body was a horrible day, and now this morning I feel like I went out drinking and dancing my cares away! LOL and I just went to bed !!! So totally sober hangover, and tops of my arms, thighs, and back is sore...And I thought I was going grocery shopping today :-)

Ak angel, That is also the worst part for me! I am 36 and was calling my daughter Paislea, Aunt Bek to my granddaughter all day, and that's my sisters name! ! I start a conversation, and either can't come up with the right words or completely forget where I was going with it and just say never mind I have no idea. Thankfully we just laugh about it at home, but I am so worried about doing it in public and people looking at me like I lost my mind! I just let Dustin do the talking :-) my family is so helpful and understanding it helps.
