Almost Medfree, Walking is out of the question for now until my knee is fixed. But I will start he helhy eating! Thank you so much for your help. I also saw a program on a local channel called "Sit and Be Fit" I will begin it in the morning!! Wish me luck!!!

My name is Sheila and I too suffer with fibromyalgia ...Cajun I wish I could be almost med free I have tried to go without my medicine I am in just to much pain and I feel the older I get the worse the fibro gets. My weight goes up and down all the time and I know how you feel there. I am on a couple meds to help me with this disease I hope to meet and make new friends that know and understand what I live with day and night.
