Personally there is no way I would order something from a tv infomercial for almost $100...
If you truly need to find out what your sleep habits are through the night, have your Dr. set up for a sleep study. This will be covered under insurance.
That should be done if you are overweight, snore, or are extremely fatigued upon waking. They can see if you have sleep apnea or not and then prescribe a breathing machine if necessary.
And did they really mention the part about drinking caffeine before sleep? I mean...duhhh...that would cause someone's sleep to be disturbed.....
But sending that amount of money for a phone app that is "pretending" to be some medical device....not a chance.....
